Cherise McInnis brings over 15 years of expertise in management and high-level customer service to her role as the director of My Collective Community Wellness Center in Vernon, BC. Driven by a vision to redefine the local wellness landscape, Cherise has a unique, practitioner-centric model that prioritizes both provider well-being and patient outcomes.

Having witnessed firsthand the burnout facing solo practitioners and the fragmented care experienced by patients, Cherise designed My Collective as an integrated hub where diverse healing modalities unite under one roof. Her mission is to replace disjointed services with a streamlined, collaborative path to health.
